| Cinco De Mayo Mexican flag lollipop cookies! |
I was making basic sugar cookies and I had leftover coloured melted chocolate from my Cinco De Mayo meringues so I just decided to make a flag lollipop cookie! The lollipop cookies are super easy to make...you just roll the dough into a ball, place a popsicle stick up in it and then when you put it on the cookie sheet you place the heel of your hand on the cookie to flatten it slightly. Bake as usual and Voila....popsicle cookie! I just re-melted the coloured chocolate and dipped each side of the 'flag' in the proper colour. Another super simple but festive snack!
