Easter Basket Cupcake

The easiest, and probably most common, Easter treat is to make an Easter basket cupcake.  I made them last year and I am sure I will do it again.  Last year I used my re-usable silicone cupcake holders which make for a perfect basket.  I made a whole batch of cupcakes (I use box caked) and I iced all the cupcakes but let all of our kids decorate their own baskets.  All you need for this very simple, but cute, Easter snack is a cupcake, icing, green coconut (optional), egg shaped candies (we used jelly beans) and a piece of licorice for the basket handle.  The kids loved making it and of course, they liked to eat it.
