| Chocolate Chow Mein Monster |
I think I got the idea for these chocolate monsters from a kid recipe book but I can't completely remember, since I made them last year. These are super easy to make... melt chocolate, mix in chow mein noodles, blob on parchment paper, sprinkle with nuts or toffee bits, add maraschino cherry bits for creepy eyes. To add some extra flavour, melt some peanut butter in with the chocolate or any other extract you enjoy (mint always goes well with chocolate)
